Unless otherwise agreed upon by the Organization, all payments are to be made in US dollars. Subscribers are responsible for any bank charges associated with US dollar payments. Monthly and Yearly Subscriptions will be debited from the same bank account used for the initial payment, on the same date each month or year, or the next Business Day if the date falls on a non-Business Day, until cancellation by the Subscriber.

Organization retains the right to offer trial packages at a lower rate to potential new Subscribers compared to existing Subscribers.

○ Process of Cancellation

You have the flexibility to cancel your Company membership at any time, for any reason. However, if you cancel before the current subscription period ends, we will not refund any fees already paid, except in specific circumstances outlined in our Refund Policy. To cancel your recurring subscription, please access your payment settings within your Company account profile. Upon cancellation, you will lose access to all products enrolled in during your membership, effective at the end of your billing period. Should you decide to re-subscribe, your billing date will reset to the day of payment. If your subscription is managed through a third-party account, you may need to cancel via that third party.

We strive to make our cancellation and refund process as transparent and user-friendly as possible, ensuring a seamless experience for our members.

○ Termination of Service

If the company wishes to bring the agreement to an end, we will do so by emailing you at the address you have registered, stating that the agreement has terminated from such date. The agreement will terminate and your email address and password will become invalid on our main site immediately.
